Booking Confirmation Policy
To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit of the total package cost is required in our company’s bank account. Once the payment is received, we will immediately process your booking and issue the following service vouchers: hotel confirmation, car rental, Volvo ticket, sightseeing services, and other relevant vouchers. These will be sent to you as PDF attachments. Please ensure you carry printed copies of these documents during your trip. The remaining 50% payment must be completed before the departure date. Payments can be made via cash or bank transfer.

Booking Policy
A 40% advance payment is required to secure your booking.
100% upfront payment is necessary for flight and train reservations.
The remaining balance is to be settled upon arrival in India or at the beginning of the tour.
The balance must be cleared before hotel check-in.
Cancellation Policy
20% deduction from the package cost if canceled after confirmation and hotel voucher issuance.
30% deduction if canceled 30 days before the travel date.
50% deduction if canceled 15 days before the travel date.
100% deduction if canceled 7 days before the travel date.
No-show passengers will incur a 100% tour cost deduction.
Train and flight ticket cancellations will be subject to Indian Railway/Airline policies, and refunds (if applicable) will follow their terms.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 15 days after receiving a written cancellation request.
A 5% service charge and bank charges are non-refundable.
Important Notes:
Hotel availability is subject to reservation status at the time of booking.
If the base category room is unavailable, additional charges will apply for an upgraded room.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
No refunds will be issued for trip interruptions due to bad weather, landslides, or unforeseen natural events.
Entrance fees at tourist spots must be paid by the customer directly.
